I coached Kasper from 2020 to 2024. Over those four years, he won multiple national junior and elite championships, podiumed at several UCI junior 1.1 and 1.2 races, and took bronze at the UCI Cycling Esports World Championships. He also earned a development contract with a World Tour team. Kasper now rides with the Bahrain Victorious Development Team. I’m proud of the work we did together and wish him and his new team continued success.

I have worked with Lotte for 3.5 years, During this time she secured a spot on the Rytger Carl Ras U19 development team, raced every Junior Women’s Nations Cup event in 2025, won multiple Finnish Championship titles across different cycling disciplines, and represented Finland at the World Championships, European Championships and the European Youth Olympic Festival. Our work continues to center on creating long-term opportunities and supporting her growth in the sport.

Miko and I have worked together for 3 years. During this time he secured a contract with NSN Development Team, earned several top-10 finishes in international junior races, won three National Championship titles in one year, represented Finland at the World Championship and European Championship races.

I joined Joona’s team at the end of his first U19 season. Together we changed his training to focus more on the demands of international junior racing. After this Joona was able to join Gepla-Watersley R+D team for 2025. I’m super proud of the work we have done together and of his development on and off the bike. Joona won two silver U19 medal at the 2025 Finnish championships.

I began coaching James ahead of his first Transcontinental Race in 2023. Since then, he’s taken on a major ultra-endurance challenge each year. Our focus has been on building the consistency he needs for those events while keeping training realistic alongside work and family life. In 2025, he’s set to return to the TCR, and our work continues with that in mind.

I worked with Minna as she prepared for the 2023 Paavo Nurmi Half Marathon. At the time, she was returning to running after a break. We focused on building her training gradually, keeping the load sustainable and avoiding setbacks. Along the way, we worked to make the process enjoyable and something she could look forward to—not just get through.

I coached Teemu for eight years, most of our work together focused on the national masters cup race series. During the time, he delivered steady performances, earning several podiums and consistently ranking among the top three riders in his age category.

I coached Thomas in preparation for the 2023 Migration Gravel Race—one of the most demanding gravel events in the world—and the Gravel Earth Series Final in Girona, Spain. Our focus was on getting him ready for the specific challenges of each race and helping him show up prepared to handle what both events demanded.
